We Are Ready For Iran International Industrial Exibition From 4th To 9th,Oct. 2017

In mid July, the custom made rolling cardan shaft for Iran Industry exhibition has been fully equipped. Wei Cheng Universal front-line staffs are participating in the universal shaft products to do the final factory ready through the early precision production process unfolded in front of us. Wei Cheng Universal introduced the advanced processing machinery and equipment  to ensure the assembly accuracy of the workpiece to save production costs. Now, the paint spraying process is being carried out. We are using environmental protection paint, which is in accordance with the National Environmental Labeling Technical requirements. It is sprayed on the surface of cardan shaft to resist high heat, corrosive medium and bright light.

The R & D department for the Universal Exhibition Design axis to make the finished product finally displayed in front of everyone, rolling bearing capacity of cardan shaft has alternating torque, bilateral internal unique bearing seal design, through the dynamic balance machine inspection, smooth operation, longer maintenance intervals.
